beach blast

The other day we convinced our older boys to help us take the younger ones who "never get to do anything!!!" to the playa- because, truly... is there a better summer day than the beach and some ice-cream?!

We think not.

I think you should do a picture book through shutterfly of some of your photography and seel it at OC for fund raising. I'd buy one. :) Miss you guys.

Hey guys. My name's Josh and I live in Chattanooga, TN. I've met you, T.J., a couple of times; once at Harding University (my alma matter) and then again at Otter Creek CoC(the congregation that my wifes grandparents helped establish). Anyway, I say all that to say that this is one of those, "I know you but you don't know me situations." Your album "Kind of Life" is one of my wife and my favorite CDs and I got online today to try to see if you had anything new coming out (for adults, but I do thoroughly enjoy your childrens songs!). But to my semi-dissappointment (musically), and extreme pleasure (spiritually), I found your blog. It is truly amazing what you guys are doing. This comment is really just to say that even though you guys don't know us, we will be praying for you and you have made an impact on us as a young married couple. Your music means a lot to us, but to see someone our age stepping out in faith is far more amazing! Well, I guess I'll stop typing now, but if you're ever in Chattanooga, look us up!

In Him,
Josh Oakley

Loved looking at your pictures. I've got a group of kids from Dominican Republic with me at Disney right now and they're great! I hope you guys are doing well; I can't wait to hear from Luke how his next trip goes. May Christ continue to shine through you.
